#589 / MOLLY
A very sweet and warm esk to the core, Molly makes it sort of her mission to say or do something nice every single day. In fact, she insists on it, though she is not particularly "loud" or obnoxious about it. Just a little pushy if the other is less receptive. She will keep to herself if it pleases others, but close friends aren't excempt from her silly and sarcastic side if they think she's being annoying. She is generally polite and gentle, though, and her step and words can be described as dainty.
She has a lot of patience and is willing to put up with rude or childish esk, although after a while she will grow sick of them and it will show in her attitude. Regardless, she will still try to deal with them and try to make them happy as her cheeriness is crumbling. Despite being kind to everyone, she is not unreasonable. If someone is known for doing wicked things, she will be nice, sure... but it doesn't reflect her true feelings towards them. Perhaps her tone and intention will be sweet, but her word choice may be more scathing. It is one of her greatest annoyances for her intelligence to be underestimated.
Though she usually appears content and happy, Molly actually has a bad habit of hiding her real feelings - along with some of her more negative opinions if she knows it may spur an argument between others. She is by no means a leader in the presence of those she respects, so she will follow their instruction - even if it may go against what she may be thinking.

Design/Writing Notes
- She is about the size of an average cat. Check out this size chart for a quick approximation!
- During colder seasons, her fur develops into a winter coat! Feel free to draw her with it if desired.
- Her daisy is always in full bloom, but feel free to draw her strawberries in any phase. You can draw them as all flowers, all fruits, or a mix of both!
- Her eyes are nearly fully obscured by her fur, though it's also okay to draw them not showing underneath at all.
- The tuft of fur on her head is optional if it doesn't look right in specific styles, though it is preferred otherwise.
- Feel free to draw her with other esk! She is quite social and loves meeting new friends. She is often seen with #092, #080, #728, and #155, as they all live in the same forest.

- Her word choice is generally proper and polite. She would never say curse words of any kind or insult someone's physical appearance.
- She is amicable to everyone until they show significant disrespect. After this, she is noticeably more sarcastic and clearly looking down on whoever is being rude, making fast quips and sneering at them.
- Her tone never goes above normal speaking range (i.e. she never yells) unless she is incredibly angry.
- She knows Vietnamese, but isn't really aware of it. She always talks to others in English/whatever the universal esk language is, but may mumble short musings in Vietnamese to herself when she is alone. She doesn't realize when she does it.

Her Boundary
Molly's thicket could only be described as "totally befitting." A modestly-sized section of the woods, it appears to be the perfect size for an esk as small as her. It is cozily littered with twigs and leaves fallen from the protective trees above, making it the best place for her to rest in or have a little bit of solitude. It's simply just a part of the woods. Surface-layer inspection may make it seem like a boring little place, but Molly thinks otherwise. It is one of her greatest prides.
On the southern edge of her boundary is a small pond populated by many frogs. Watching these neighbors of hers is one of Molly's favorite pasttimes, and she makes sure their home is as comfortable and clean as possible.
A thick tree off to the side of the thicket is a location particularly of note as it is the site of Molly's first memory as an esk. She tends to prefer avoiding its mention, but still cannot help but be drawn to it regardless. It is where she sleeps and remembers bits and pieces of feelings from her past, though she doesn't know it as such. All seeing these memories do is fill her with confusion, longing, and - strangely - hope. Tied to the tree is a worn red tether and a neckband of a similar faded color. These items are easily missable due to hiding underneath foliage, but anyone who maliciously tampers with them will face Molly during the very few times where she gets immensely furious. It is very difficult to win her trust back after this.

Being the esk who transformed her, Lillium's relationship with her is very close - as though Molly is their child. As their loyal companion, she is often hanging around them. Her goal is to be as pristine and responsible as they are. Thus, she is glad to help them out as much as she can, always respecting them and trusting their judgement.

Molly sees Ilirium as one of her two parental figures, and thus she has great affection for them. She is often teasing them due to not taking their grouchiness seriously whatsoever. That is just one way she shows her love for them, though - she is always open to lend them a listening heart despite it all. She simply wants them to lighten up.
IN PROGRESS
Molly and Barn are like siblings. He brings out a playful, child-like side of hers that seems to just sprout out whenever they spend time together. She's drawn to him due to an unspoken feeling of kinship; one that neither of them can really place the origin of, but accept it nonetheless. They are often pulling mischievous pranks together. Molly is very defensive of him and will always stand up for him and tries to protect him, while he will do the same for her back.
